All New Natural Soy Candles – Win them before you can buy them!

Finally!! After daily inquires and fist pounding requests (okay…well, maybe it hasn’t been that dramatic…) but after much waiting, candles are BACK!

*crowd goes wild!*

Not only are Natural Soy Candles rolling their way back in, they have been massively overhauled. Firstly, I was able to find a fantastic and extremely reliable wax supplier in Denver, CO who has agreed to cut me some slack on shipping. This means I am able to put that saved money into nicer containers and labels, making these candles much more fashionable.

Plus, due to customer demand, I have been able to purchase larger amounts of high quality oils so that I can make a stronger scented candle without the need to hike up prices. Icing on the cake? Those saved card catalog cards you love so much? Instead of investing money into lids that end up in the trash, I am hand punching circles and using them to protect the top of the candles during transport.

Did you know, soy wax is completely natural & biodegradable with a very clean burn and produces no petro-carbon soot? While being non-toxic and environmentally friendly, it is made from renewable resources and the production of soy wax involves no habitat destruction. It does all that while helping American farmers create growth for the agricultural section of the economy. Plus, you get to enjoy your candle longer because soy wax burns slow, producing a candle that lasts almost 60% longer than paraffin. Bonus? Since soy is a vegetable wax,  it is super easy to clean off of surfaces, simply use soap & water. (This information is included on the back of the candles. Memorize it and impress your friends!)

I just did a lavender batch earlier this week and I loved the way it turned out!! I have never tried a bergamot blend! Will have to do that soon 😀

  7. Sabrina says:

I bought a Pumpkin something or another earlier this year (streusel, cupcake, muffin?) and not only do I still have it, but it’s probably my most favorite scent ever. You just can’t go wrong with anything pumpkin at ANY time of the year! I am Jack’s scent has always held a soft spot in my heart as well.

    • Kylee says:

I wish Jack burned better. I have tested it in five different waxes and I never transfers well as a candle. Everything else it is so good!!

  8. Laura says:

  10. Stephanie says:

Aww man, These candles, So awesome.

  14. Tara Q. says:

Swan Creek Candles make this maple flavor that fills our entire 3-story house. You can even smell it coming up onto the porch. And that is without ever burning the candle. It makes the house smell like pancakes.

I find that sweet food scents like that tend to smell more than fruit/herb scents, so I always stick to those. That’s why I always get your apple cinnamon or pumpkin candles. BEST!!

    • Kylee says:

I have played a lot with maple blends!! I did a baked bread/maple candle once and it was so strong, I sold out in only a few days!! I am really hoping it blends as well in this new soy wax. Testing all week long.

  15. Dia says:

I can’t wait to see the fragrances! With a new puppy in the house, I SUPER need some delicious candles to mask the…less delicious aromas of small dog!

    • Kylee says:

Last year I had a customer email me and tell me that my candles saved her house while she was training her new puppy. 😉

I am hoping to build a catalog of twenty scents. Yay!!

  16. Amanda G says:

I absolutely love Island Colada from Slatkin in the summer and their “Tis the Season” candle in winter.

  17. Joelle says:

Oh man, I am going to need these this winter!

  18. Jessica W says:

I really love anything that smells like baked goods! But I’m a fan of honeysuckle and cherry or strawberry, too!!! : D These cinnamon ones look VERY tempting. (Too bad my Papa doesn’t like cinnamon! Le Sigh. I bet the Clean Room smell is heavenly! ^_^)
